Case Study Highlights

Ernest Nicolas led HP’s supply chain to measure performance through Total Customer Experience (TCE), aligning operations with how customers experience delivery. Higher performance standards reset reported performance from above 90% to around 50%, before disciplined execution raised it to 95% within three years, sustaining results through supply shortages and market volatility.

Ernest’s team rebuilt the order-to-cash process before deploying Agentic AI across order entry, routing, matching, and exception resolution. The transformation has delivered a 19% productivity improvement within nine months and is targeting 50% by the end of fiscal year 2027.

Ernest also advanced operational sovereignty by consolidating HP’s logistics network from 21 nodes to three on a single SAP instance, a transformation expected to generate millions in annual savings while improving speed and flexibility.
