Rajasunath led a transformation within the company’s Image Guided Therapy business, whose solutions help clinicians decide, guide, and treat patients, touching one patient’s life every second.

That work was anchored around the word CARE: being customer-centric, agile, resilient, and efficient. Because image-guided therapy systems combine complex hardware, software, and devices, delivering them on time and installing them on schedule was critical to patient care. 

Rajasunath’s team worked closely with customers and commercial colleagues to understand what good looks like, then simplified product combinations and built practical configurations that retained value for caregivers. 

The result has been a greater flow and velocity through the end-to-end system, more reliability for customers, and more resilience in Philips’ own supply chain, an effort he describes as people-led and customer-centric.
