David Boulanger leads supply chain at Arla Foods, the largest farmer-owned dairy cooperative in Europe, where more than 11,000 farmer owners trust the company to turn their milk into value every day.
In 2025 alone, Arla committed more than 700 million euros in capital investment. Central to the transformation was a move from a fragmented, functional model to an end-to-end one, giving market leaders a full view from milk collection through manufacturing, logistics, and delivery, and empowering a new generation of leaders who think like business owners.
