What is Leaders in Supply Chain Awards 2022?

Leaders in Supply Chain Awards 2022 is an annual gala event that awards excellence in the Supply Chain industry, recognizing outstanding careers, evaluated by a prestigious jury, formed by authorities in the industry from various regions across the world.

This event is for executives that want to highlight their work with key contributions to their company’s successThe nomination period closed on the 15th of August and the awards ceremony will take place on the 4th of October.

The Leaders in Supply Chain Awards trophies are true works of art, created and executed by the Romanian artist Albert Sofian, as symbols of a supply chain-connected globe. A trajectory surrounding the globe represents the characteristics of supply chain leadership, including strength, resilience and the ability to overcome obstacles, ending with gold at the top  – the pinnacle of a successful leadership journey.

Daniel Stanton

Daniel Stanton is a supply chain executive, entrepreneur and educator. Known as “Mr. Supply Chain,” he’s the author of Supply Chain Management For Dummies and several courses on LinkedIn Learning (formerly Lynda.com). Daniel is also co-founder of a tech startup called SecureMarking and he’s a professor at Bradley University.

Daniel is a global executive with expertise in supply chain management and project leadership. He has worked with Caterpillar, the U.S. Navy, APICS (now ASCM), MHI, and several smaller firms. He’s also been a professor at Bradley University, Jack Welch Management Institute, and National American University. Daniel is recognized as a LinkedIn Learning Insider, a “Pro to Know” for Supply & Demand Chain Executive Magazine, and a Supply Chain Futurist for IBM Sterling Supply Chain.

Deborah Dull

Deborah Dull is currently the Vice President, Global Supply Chain Sustainability Leader at Genpact.

Prior to that she was the Senior Director Research of Zero100 and Founder of the Circular Supply Chain Network and Senior Principal of Manufacturing Product Management for GE Digital where she is responsible for circular economy, lean management, and customer success. She has served as a Program Officer for Health Supply Chains at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and spent six years at Microsoft where she oversaw launch management, inventory management, and innovation.

She is a sought after author and speaker having been published in various books, articles, and white papers and spoken at dozens of industry events. Deborah holds Supply Chain & Operations Management degrees from Western Washington University (BA) and the University of Liverpool (MSc), with a thesis focused on the digital supply chain.

Albert Sofian is a talented graphic artist, passionate about old Rembrandt techniques, who creates art objects with materials such as tar or calamine, sometimes combined with color. Through large compositions, often minimalist and with surprising recursions, Albert brings the figurative with a mannerist touch into the contemporary which challenges the viewer to dream. He graduated from History and Patrimony Sibiu University, and his work is constantly exposed in renowned exhibitions.

At McKinsey & Company, Knut is a leader of the firm’s work in supply chain. He advises clients on a variety of topics including supply chain management, digital supply chains, and advanced analytics, and supply chain transformations.

Knut has written several articles on subjects related to supply chain and is the author of a highly regarded book on supply chain management, “Planning and operation of logistics networks: cross-company supply chain management (in German)”.
