With a degree in Engineering and a start in Chemical Engineering, Torsten Pilz learned early in his career how to make things work better, safer, and faster. His passion for continuous improvement and thirst for knowledge and innovation shaped his journey, leading him to explore different operations leadership roles at global giants like Henkel, Amazon, and SpaceX. For over 30 years, Torsten has shared his passion for supply chain excellence, creativity and learning with his teams, while building a culture of continuous improvement and empowerment. When not busy overseeing Honeywell’s global supply chain, he likes to brew his own beer, play the drums and travel the world.
