Fred Brut’s trajectory to becoming an award-winning supply chain leader didn’t begin in the supply chain field. But rather, what began as a career in the retail industry progressed into supply chain management, where Fred is now leads MSD supply chain operations for EMEA, APAC and LaTam and helps ensure MSD’s life-changing and lifesaving medicines get to the patients who need them under a single motto: “Patients & customers first”.
He also leads MSD initiatives with different NGOs (pro bono) in Africa and Asia. He strongly supports the next generation of leaders and MSD workforce across all organizations. His aim is to explore new areas of interest because, as he often explains, some of our best ideas come when we’re outside of our comfort zone; new skills build self-confidence, passion drives motivation and personal investment develops ownership.
