After starting her career in Finance, Donna Warton soon found herself performing Supply Chain Operations roles. She ran the supply chain at Motorola and accomplished many firsts for the mobile phone industry, including colour product offerings including the Pink RAZR, outsourcing China manufacturing, and improving profitability from supply chain services.
Donna also held executive positions at Dell and Mettler-Toledo. Today, she leads the global supply chain and sustainability team for the Microsoft Windows + Devices organization, managing end-to-end supply chain operations and sustainability for software, gaming, and hardware product lines including Surface and Xbox. Besides her passion for driving digital transformation to improve the business, Donna is passionate about building a diverse team that enables every employee to do their best work, and creates an environment where every person can be their authentic self every day.
