Maite Jiménez was born in Alicante, Spain, and currently resides in the Netherlands, where she joined Ricoh in 2009. After holding various roles within the company, she was appointed VP Supply Chain Management for Ricoh EMEA in 2019.
Previously, Maite worked for General Electric and has over 30 years of experience across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, P&L Management, and Change Management. But if you ask her, she will tell you that her true love has always been Supply Chain. In her free time, Maite enjoys travelling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. She is also a strong advocate for increasing diversity and inclusion and currently serves as an executive sponsor of the Women’s Forum at Ricoh.
