“If I leave you in a library to put away books, in a year, you will be gone. If I leave you in the desert, in a year, I will come back, and you will have built a resort.” Early in his career, this quote from a mentor inspired Fabrice to build his vision of the supply chain while emphasizing “an ambition, a project, a team, a societal, and environmental impact.” Today, he continues to innovate as SVP Global Materials and Supply Chain Management of Ultra Clean Holdings, Inc., a leading developer and supplier of critical subsystems primarily for the semiconductor industry.

He joined UCT after years working in telecommunications, railway, robotics, and healthcare and is today part of a global team of more than 6,000 UCT employees delivering high-value solutions. Fabrice aims to enhance UCT’s supply chain as a competitive advantage and strives to integrate start-ups and small businesses to add further value and differentiation. He often contemplates this big goal while running in global marathons, driven by his dream of completing five marathons on five continents before he’s 50 years old.
