TOP SUPPLY CHAIN LEADERS 2024

Marion Gross

EVP and Global Chief Supply Chain Officer
McDonald's

Inspired by her father’s 47-year-career in army and government logistics, Marion Gross was encouraged to set ambitious goals in business and supply chain. At McDonald’s, she learned that building a resilient supply chain for one of the largest companies in the world is both a science and an art—one where she could help others achieve their ambitious goals and drive significant impact.

Message to the Supply Chain Community

“Supply chains aren’t just a support function, they are a competitive advantage and critical to the success of any company. As a supply chain leader, your work ensures organizational stability and growth, impacts customer satisfaction and retention, and the resilience and sustainability of industries and society. All supply chain leaders should have a seat at the table in the C-suite.”

“This award is a strong testament to the strength of McDonald’s Supply Chain team, which I am honored and fortunate to lead. Being selected from an impressive list of outstanding supply chain leaders is humbling and proof that our team’s work is important and making an impact across the world. “
