His career has spanned the globe, starting in his home country of Brazil, then Latin America and Europe, before he joined Conagra Brands in the U.S. Ale’s growth is fuelled by his team’s unwavering commitment, their embrace of new challenges and their relentless optimism.
Outside of work, he lives in the U.S. with his wife Andrea, their two daughters, Mariana and Luiza, and two dogs, Simba and Zee. His family is his inspiration and spending quality time with them, a great source of joy.
