Cliff Henson has always had a passion for understanding how things work. After getting a degree in mechanical engineering and then an MBA, that passion along with his love of numbers and of learning proved advantageous in supply chain. Cliff went from being the youngest plant manager in the company history to running regional and then global organizations. He learned early that the key to succeeding is how well you lead your people. So he focuses on setting clear and ambitious goals for his team and ensuring they have the support they need to succeed. At work and at play, he loves a tough challenge – and has competed in about a dozen Ironman triathlons.
