As you have been nominated to the Leaders in Supply Chain Awards 2023, please provide the following information for the Jury’s assessment, by June 30, 2023

Guidelines

1. It is recommended that the responses include evidence of the nominee's achievements: links, statistics, KPIs progress, and state if it's confidential or public information.

2. The jury tends to look for a combination of vision and impact. The jury considers the nominee's impacts on the whole supply chain: team, company, customers, suppliers, and industry at large.

3. The jury is looking at achievements:
>> in diversity - case study submission can address the actions towards a more engaged & diverse team from the perspective of gender, race, ethnicity, sexual preference, personality types

>> in sustainability - case study submission can address: environment, social responsibility, equity, circularity, renewables, waste

>> in digital transformation - case study submission can address planning, execution, and visibility - both physical processes (E.G. 3D printing) and information processes (RPA).

4. Leadership includes both personal philosophy and actions/impact on the team (direct reports), company, customers, suppliers, and industry

5. As a general guideline, the submission should consider: "If I were asked to provide the introduction for this person to receive an award, do I have enough information to prepare a good intro?"

Albert Sofian is a talented graphic artist, passionate about old Rembrandt techniques, who creates art objects with materials such as tar or calamine, sometimes combined with color. Through large compositions, often minimalist and with surprising recursions, Albert brings the figurative with a mannerist touch into the contemporary which challenges the viewer to dream. He graduated from History and Patrimony Sibiu University, and his work is constantly exposed in renowned exhibitions.
