- The nominee must be in a regional or global role and has been in that role for a minimum of 18 months

Colleagues, industry peers, and family members can nominate the leaders meeting the criteria mentioned above, for a chance to move to the next phase of the program. The program is worldwide, open to all countries, covering all industries.
Following the nominations, all eligible nominees are invited to submit detailed case studies, with supported evidence of their achievements.
GUIDELINES
It is recommended that the responses include evidence of the nominee’s achievements: links, statistics, KPIs progress, and state if it’s confidential or public information.
The jury tends to look for a combination of vision and impact. The jury considers the nominee’s impacts on the whole supply chain: team, company, customers, suppliers, and industry at large.
Leadership includes both personal philosophy and actions/impact on the team (direct reports), company, customers, suppliers, and industry.
Here are some high-level examples. Please note that the case study submissions are expected to be more detailed and there will be clear instructions for the eligible nominees invited to the Case Study submission phase.
The best way to submit the case study is via the form on the event website. Alternatively, various supporting documents can be uploaded as word, pdf, ppt, and videos to showcase the various projects submitted.
Of course, the nominee has the right to present the work as suitable for the company. Considering the amplitude of the program, the more comprehensive and supported the key facts and figures the project presented, the higher the chances of it being in the top 30 or even the top 5.

The Top 30 Supply Chain Leaders ranking will be determined by a rigorous evaluation process. The jury members will review case studies the nominees submit, and their evaluations contribute to 75% of the total score. The remaining 25% of the score will be determined by votes from over 2000 executives invited to vote for the leaders whose projects are known to them.
Submissions will be thoroughly scrutinized, focusing on how the nominee demonstrated leadership in achieving a more diverse and engaged workforce, tangible advancements through digital technologies, and notable strides in sustainability innovation. The evaluation encompasses a comprehensive assessment of end-to-end supply chain experiences within businesses boasting revenues of at least half a billion dollars for roles on a global or continental scale. Additionally, the nominee’s influence on their company’s revenue growth during their tenure and commitment to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the UN Global Compact are integral considerations.
The winners are leaders who drive positive changes in the supply chain industry beyond their teams and companies. This approach ensures impartiality in the evaluation process.
