CASE STUDY
Creating a Diverse and Uplifted ‘E2E Supply Chain’ Organization to Support Costa Coffee’s Ambition
“From 2019 to 2022, Costa Coffee rapidly expanded its geographical reach, entering new markets/platforms, whilst maintaining its Supply Chain assets and capabilities mainly in the UK. Developing an International business with Supply Chain resources having very little international exposure, functionally siloed and with low relevance/exposure at a leadership level.”
