Andreu is an international E2E Strategy and Operations Leader with over 25 years of experience running global Supply Chain Operations in the fashion, beauty, and luxury industries. He spent most of his career at Inditex, Burberry, and Firmenich. He started his career when he was just 19 years old. and since then, he has always been connected to the international Supply Chain which is his passion.
Andreu always says he has been very lucky to work with amazing leaders in the industry, and for great mission-driven companies. He has always been surrounded by a diverse team of professionals from different nationalities and backgrounds. That´s something we know makes him very proud and happy as he loves to learn from people. He is considered a humble LEAN Supply chain servant leader.
Message to the Supply Chain Community
In a very humble way, it means a recognition of the work my team and I have done over so many years to transform Supply Chain in order to put customers at the center of everything our companies do. We invented Omni Channel ways, we digitalized End to End Supply Chain. We were pioneers in offering this to the fashion and luxury world.
It is time for us in Supply Chain to move on now, to a new chapter, embracing Artificial Intelligence to put it again, at the service of consumers.
We can still save this planet and Supply Chain plays a key role in it. If in the past we were able to move companies to become customer-centric, now it is time to become Environmentally and diversity-centric!
