Luca Fichera is the Head of Supply Chain and Business Services for Nestlé Asia, Oceania, and Africa. His journey began right after college when he started to work in a pasta factory without fully understanding the complexities of supply chain management. After 26 years, he came to realize that selling high-quality and delicious spaghetti to people around the world requires much more than just flour and water! Luca has a genuine passion for 3 ‘Fs’ in life: Food (he is also a good cook), Fitness, and Football (he holds a season ticket at Juventus stadium).
