Minimum eligibility criteria:

• The nominee must be in a regional or global role and has been in that role for a minimum of 18 months
• The nominee’s role must cover end-to-end supply chain responsibilities (not just one function i.e. Head of Manufacturing or Head of Planning)
• The company has a minimum of USD 500 million in revenue and must be a manufacturing company (not a software or pure services company)
