Cliff Henson has led Microsoft Cloud’s supply chain transformation by scaling AI capabilities and infrastructure across 400+ global data centers. His team is behind the design and deployment of millions of servers, storage systems, and custom silicon chips powering cloud growth.
A core achievement has been deploying 15 AI agents, on track to surpass 100, saving millions and speeding up fulfillment. Backed by 7,000+ training hours and innovation programs, these agents are enabling smarter, faster decisions and redefining operational standards.
Cliff also champions Microsoft’s aggressive sustainability goals: zero waste, water positivity, and a 55% emissions cut by 2030. Circular centers now reuse or recycle 91% of hardware, while logistics are shifting to greener fuels and renewable energy.
